In the effort to ensure the jobs of tomorrow are filled with a talented and passionate workforce, NWDB wants to encourage our emerging workforce (K-12 Students) to explore local career opportunities! Our #worklocal initiative highlights individuals that graduated right here in Northeastern NC that have obtained positions locally that are sustainable with promising career ladders. As part of this, we are hanging large metal prints (pictured below) in the high schools of our 10 counties showcasing the #worklocal candidates!
