Request for Proposals (RFP) – WIOA Title I One-Stop Operator
The Northeastern Workforce Development Board, Northeastern North Carolina, announces the release of a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a WIOA Title I One-Stop Operator.
A mandatory Intent to Apply is due by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on February 25th, 2026, via email to malaw528@gmail.com. A mandatory in-person Bidders Conference will be held at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 10th, 2026. Only entities submitting a timely Intent to Apply and attending the mandatory conference will be eligible to submit a proposal.
Proposals must be received no later than 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on March 25, 2026, via email to malaw528@gmail.com. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The Northeastern Workforce Development Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive minor irregularities in accordance with applicable law.
